contemplate是英文合同中很常见的词语，但我实在不知道该把它译为什么。见过“预期的”、“拟议的”等译法。现在还没空研究这个问题，先在此存档。各位高人如有高见本人愿洗耳恭听。

全书三分之二的内容翻译是准确的，但仍有一些翻译的意思不够准确，举个简单例子，private placement， 在风险投资中应该是私募的意思，而本书里翻译成私密安置， transactions comtemplated under the Transaction Agreement中的contemplated翻译成预期的，偏离了原意，容易造成理解上的错误。很多地方翻译的很拗口，不如看原文更能明白意思。对不起这120元的书价。
